Amazon Renewed Doesn't Disappoint.
Ordering something listed as "renewed" always comes with some level of risk. When I looked up what "Renewed - Excellent" meant in terms of Amazon's definition, I was uneasy with how the specific vendor may interpret it. All my worries were dashed when I opened the generic brown box. What I received was a device that looked like it never was used. The back, sides and screen where scratch-free. And when I loaded AccuBattery and ran through a few full charges, (0%-100%) I was delighted to see that the battery health was on the highest end of the spectrum promised. In essence I have a new phone for a great price.

Amazing Refurbished Phone. Below are Amazon's standards for an "Excellent" rated renewed phone.
Screen: No scratches
Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away.
Battery: >80% of original battery life
And I must say that the phone received looked brand new and if not for being in a plain cardboard box I would have thought it was. The phone had no cosmetic damages, scratches, dents, or even any oil finger/blemishes what so ever, and I had it held up to my face, so well beyond the "12 inches away" standard it called for. Screen as well as back camera glass were perfect as well. Not sure how to test battery life, but it seems to be great as well I haven't had to charge the phone in about 48hrs and I'm sitting at ~40% so battery doesn't appear to be worn down. Phone was unlocked as advertised and I only just factory reset it upon starting it so I could just go through the initial phone set up which was easy enough. I was nervous purchasing seeing some of the other reviews that mentioned not unlocked, or more cosmetic damages that people were expecting, but I just wanted to write a review to put ease to others that this was not the case for me and phone was a great purchase.
Perfect for the price
I've never ordered a used phone from Amazon Renewed before but for this particular seller and phone I am highly satisfied. The phone came in exactly as described and not a single mark or scratch on the screen. The phone was unlocked so I was able to easily activate it on my T-Mobile plan. There was a few small scratches on the camera bump on the back but that is to be expected with a used phone. Over all I am highly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a used phone
