Great phone
TL;DR great phone but FedEx bad.
Phone came in today I never bought a used phone before but the quality is great. There are some very minor signs of wear but nothing that effects the overall look of the phone other than that it's a great looks/functional phone my only issue is the screen protector it doesn't fit the screen and has bubbles under it but I always replace my screen protectors with glass ones anyways so no big deal. Phone also came carrier unlocked as the listing says so that's awesome. Though my only complaint IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT but FedEx shipping they took my package from NY to NJ through PA where I live and into Ohio 3hrs away from me where it sat for 3 days I called FedEx and they kept saying "it'll be there tomorrow" or "it'll be another 7days" then yesterday they shipped it back to PA to a facility 12 miles away and decided to ship it this morning. Again not the sellers fault. But so far I only been using the phone for a few hours so far and it's been great I definitely got to thanks the sellers!

I was cautious about ordering a renewed phone but took a chance because it can be returned. Glad I did. The phone is in great condition. Only a slight scratch on bottom edge. Screen and body is damage free. I charged it and started transferring things from my old iPhone. All is working. Battery seems to be just fine. Some reported low battery life. So far I have not. This is a great way to update your phone without breaking your wallet
Good quality
It looks like a brand new phone. No scratches no cracks. Good condition. I love samsung phones. They are top quality every time and the things you can do on this phone are really cool. It's got an art app, you can copy an object from a photo and copy it on another almost seamlessly. The camera has AI tech. The front camera is very vivid. Camera is fantastic quality all around which is my go to when buying a new phone. Highly recommend especially for the price. Cheaper than best buy for the exact same model.
Excellent 2nd phone screen scratches
Ordered two s21 ultras replacing S8+. Couple inches longer than S8+. Many changes since S8+ but much still the same. Data transfer, did twice did not send everything. Hubs wanted to keep images/vids on old phone so he chose dont send images/videos. Moving US Cellular ESim was easy! Took 1 minute! Only issue is USC network for new phones is not their warp network, had to go back to lightspeed. Which is ok bc were on wifi mostly. Hubs phone has 5 small scratches on screen near buttons. Amazon wont give discount only choice is to return.. so "excellent" condition was not totally true for 2nd phone same seller. S8+ became unusable super slow always deleting videos or phone froze. Happy to see everything moved over and still tons of room! Two changes..no headphone jack, or SD card expansion. Keeping old phone can use w wifi or store photos. Got a pen for about $10 nice to create note, reminder, handwrite to text. Overall excellent so far!
Fabulous camera with optical zoom lens.
Friend recommended buying an amazon renewed phone as long as it was rated excellent. Took his advice and happy that I did. Phone looked brand new. After 3 weeks no problems. Camera definitely is optical zoom at 3x & even a bit higher. At 10x still gets great photos and will go up to 100 but that is almost unrecognizable. When I don't know how to do something I ask Google and get the perfect answer. Am not dropping calls like I did with a Motorola phone that was much less expensive. Here's hoping I have many years of enjoyment out of this phone and camera. Now July 25th and I am still completely happy with the phone and Camera. I've taken it on vacation and thrilled with the results. Would not know it was renewed at all. Still have till September to return it if I need to. What a deal. Would recommend anybody to try and get a renewed that is rated excellent with four plus Stars.
Refurbished but great!!
I've had this phone for less than a week, but there were no scratches or anything, and it functions perfectly. My previous phone was the Samsung Galaxy s10+, and I was able to just pop my Sim card into the new one and go through the setup process. Most of my stuff transferred, with the exception of texts and a few apps. The most important things did transfer though. The upgrade has been nice, without having to pay close to 1k.
